Project You: Designing Your Dynamic & Delicious Life™ is designed to ignite, create and develop your divine ideas, goals and dreams. This workshop will be filled with creative exercises, interaction and group collaboration, as we release those things which no longer serve our good, explore and evaluate our divine ideas, goals and dreams, define and develop creative strategies, as well as learn and fine tune resourceful tools to stay empowered. A new, creative twist to Treasure Mapping and Vision Boards!
Your Life’s Dash is the precious time between your birth and transition from this world. What do you want your Dash Board to inspire and manifest personally, professionally, and spiritually? You will be incorporating the Law of Imaging while creating your unique Dash Boards!
The first part of the workshop will focus on intention and heart storming (my version of brainstorming). There will be a lot of hands on work and you’ll have an opportunity to work with me as a Life Design Coach. We will be addressing the question, “What would I do right now if I wasn’t worried about the “how”?” and begin to look at long-term and short-term goal setting.
The last part of the workshop your creativity and inner-artist will emerge! I will provide the tools and resources you need to begin your Dash Board, and at the end of the workshop you will be leaving with either a completed Dash Board or one in progress.

The Living Your Dynamic & Delicious Life™ four-week workshop continues the focus on our Life’s Dash ~ the precious time between your birth and transition from this world. We will continue to work on self-exploration as we center on priority areas, goals and projects.
There will be more heart storming, group participation and the strategic planning of both long- and short-term goals. Once again you will use your creativity and inner-artists to go deeper into the discovery of your divine dreams, ideas and goals. Everyone will have an opportunity to work with me as a Life Design Coach!
Please bring a photo of yourself as a child that reminds you of a time when you believed in Santa Claus, Leprechauns, and wishing on stars!
